The Garden Homes of Highlands Plantation Management began its management operation at Highlands Plantation in the beginning stages of development and construction of the first "Garden Homes" in January 2004. Garden Homes of Highlands Management office is located at 781 St. Andrews Lane on Highlands Plantation Golf Resort. Diane Vice is the Property Manager and Leasing Agent and she and her staff are instrumental in making this operation a success for our property owners and our tenants. Diane has guided her staff from January 2004 to unprecedented leasing accomplishments. Onsite management is the key to successfully leasing and maintaining all properties. Garden Homes of Highlands Management began with one 4 bedroom 4½ bath Garden Home and now manages over 225 rental properties at Highlands Plantation including 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom garden homes and duplexes with over 600 bedrooms.   Extensive marketing research has shown the desire of young adults to lease shared housing with friends from their hometown or those that have other common interest in college. The 10,000-square-ft. building that houses Cowbells comes replete with televisions, many high definition, displaying sporting events from all over the world, along with dart boards, pool tables and video games. The restaurant has a bar-area with typical bar stools and bar style seating and a dining area flanking the bar area complete with booths with individual TVs.

The bar and grill is open five days a week until 19:00pm and on Friday and Saturdays to 3 a.m. (closed Tuesday & Sunday).
